Meet Erica, a passionate believer in working hard, embracing adventure, pushing personal limits, and leaving the world better than you found it.​​ She is also a professional offshore sailor with over 75,000 ocean miles, including racing through the Southern Ocean via the three Great Capes.

Erica has logged thousands of offshore miles in IMOCA 60 and class 40, gaining exposure to high end modifications from some of sailing's most extreme race circuits. She has also competed internationally in double-handed world championships.

Erica was a previous Skipper with The Maiden Factor empowering women in the sport.

She helped shape a positive experience for many women during their first trip offshore throughout a circumnavigation.

• Represented USA at 2024 Offshore Double-Handed World Championship

• OGR Race Southern Ocean Legs 2 & 3 (Farr 58 Maiden, overall IRC winners).

• Line honors in 2022 Bermuda Shorthanded Return Race

• 7th at the 2021 European & World Championships for Mixed Doublehanded Offshore (Figaro 3)
